2010 Elementary Choir Survey
In 2010, the Council conducted a telephone survey of 75 elementary schools in Vancouver proper, to find out if choirs are still a part of the school culture. Of these 75, 43 have active choirs; 19 have strings programs and 32 have band programs. For details of the survey, email us at info@artsineducationcouncilbc.org

2008 Arts Education Survey of B.C. Teachers
The Arts in Education Council conducted a small, informal survey at the 2008 B.C. Teachers Federation conference. Teachers visiting our display table filled out a questionnaire of nine questions about the teaching of the four arts disciplines in their schools.
