Lots of questions arise as you refine your project, and you might be wondering if your idea is eligible for funding.

So we've developed a quiz to help you determine if your project is a good candidate for an Artists in the Classroom grant.

Take the Artists in the Classroom Eligibility Quiz today!

If you still have questions, be sure to read the AIC FAQ and visit artstarts.com/aic for more information, a video highlighting a successful AIC project, and project lists of previously funded residencies.

New to AIC?

Artists in the Classroom grants support projects that put students in direct contact with professional artists to support rich learning experiences in the classroom.

Teachers, principals and PAC representatives can apply for AIC  grants to bring professional artists into their classrooms.

AIC grants support projects in schools across BC that demonstrate artistic excellence, strong curricular connections, high levels of student engagement and an active partnership between an educator and a professional artist.

Grants of up to $3,500 for small to medium scale projects, and grants of up to $10,000 for large scale projects are available.

The deadline to apply is May 28, 2015, for projects that take place during the 2015/2016 school year.
