BC Teachers: Apply to the Arts in Education Council of BC Fund to Support Your Pro-D

Calling BC Teachers! Are you looking for funding to support Pro-D in the arts? Apply for an Arts in Education Council of BC Fund grant by April 3, 2015.

The Arts in Education Council of BC Fund offers small grants of up to $500 for educators or schools to support professional development for K-12 educators in British Columbia. These grants can be used to assist in the presentation or attendance of professional development workshops, clinics or seminars designed to increase the appreciation of the arts for teachers in BC schools.

Eligible expenses include materials, supplies, professional fees, or transportation costs for professional development workshops. Please note: as this is a professional development grant for teachers, proposals for projects designed for young people are not eligible. Grants are distributed by lottery.

There two application intakes per year: April 3, 2015 and October 16, 2015
