March 14, 2013
Join us at the ArtStarts Gallery on Saturday, March 30 for Seed Tapestry: For the Birds! with Sharon Kallis!
With a "one mile diet" approach to sourcing art materials, Sharon Kallis works to discover the inherent material potential in a local landscape. Participating families will work together making a large quilt-like pattern on the ground, using birdseeds and flower petals as the palette.
Work will travel inside and out as weather permits, dress accordingly!
