Just a Few Days Left to Register the ArtStarts Showcase and Conference!

Time is running out to register for this year's ArtStarts Showcase and Conference! The deadline to register is this Friday, February 19, 2016.

Teachers, school or district administrators and community presenters are invited to attend the annual ArtStarts Showcase and Conference.

On February 29 and March 1, 2016, you'll discover talented professional artists from a wide range of artistic disciplines and cultural backgrounds available to perform in your school or community.

This year's event offers many opportunities to experience the arts and make connections:

• Discover 30 artists in showcase performances

• Engage with artists in the Contact Room

• Learn and be inspired by a keynote address from educator Dr. Paula Rosehart

• Engage with fellow arts champions from across British Columbia (and beyond!) at receptions and a social evening event

This Year's Theme...

Curious minds are full of questions. Full of ideas. Full of passion. The arts have a special ability to awaken our curiosity, take us to places we never imagined, and ignite a lifelong desire to learn more. At this year’s event, we invite you to join us to wonder, speculate, learn and imagine the many possibilities that could start with a simple question. Are you curious?
