Did you know that the ArtStarts Gallery displays art from young people from all regions of BC? If you live far away from Vancouver and aren't able to visit in person, not to worry, you can now check out our new exhibition online, thanks to our new virtual gallery tour videos!
Watch all 10 videos about creative projects in the Cause + Effect exhibition online now. Just click on each project to learn more and watch the video. Or, watch all the videos below:
Thanks to everyone who helped put these videos together, especially students Maddy Mullett and Griffin Eggen who offered their talents to narrate the videos. Curatorial work was done by Juliana Bedoya and video scripts were created by Siobhan Rich. The voice-over work was recorded at Oakstone Sound Studios in Victoria, with additional support and coordination by Karen DeCicco and Dennis Ferbey. Photography of the gallery and video editing were done by Christopher Guy. And, of course, we want to thank all the students, teachers and artists from across BC who worked together to create the featured artwork!
Cause + Effect is open to the public at the ArtStarts Gallery until September 2, 2017. Visit the gallery at 808 Richards Street (at Robson) in downtown Vancouver, Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 4:30pm. Admission is free and all ages are welcome!
