Student Practicums

ArtStarts offers a range of opportunities within our gallery and office space for students interested in gaining experience working in a non-profit organization or in the field of arts and education. We are lucky to have amazing volunteers at ArtStarts! Meet a Community Art Star is a regular interview series showcasing ArtStarts' amazing group of volunteers who are passionate, enthusiastic arts champions.
ArtStarts acknowledges that we carry out our work on the lands of Indigenous nations throughout colonial British Columbia. Our office and the ArtStarts Gallery are located on the unceded, ancestral, and traditional territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples.
