Seeking a Volunteer Event Photographer

ArtStarts in Schools

We are seeking a volunteer event photographer to support our annual ArtStarts Showcase.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

ArtStarts in Schools is seeking an experienced event photographer to capture highlights of our annual performing arts Showcase event happening March 6-7, 2017 at the Orpheum Annex in Vancouver. The photos will be posted on our website and used in marketing materials. Find more about the event.

DELIVERABLES/DUTIES

Take photos of artists and delegates engaged in programming as well as socializing and networking. Coverage ideally needed from 8am to 6pm on March 6 and 7, 2017.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with event photography.
  • Must provide own equipment.
  • Must be able to deliver assets within 5 working days after the event (final package should not include blurry or duplicate photos).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • All photographs may only be used by ArtStarts and in the photographer's portfolio.
  • The photographer will receive appropriate credit with all photos used.
  • The photographer will be recognized as a volunteer on our website and we are happy to provide a letter of recommendation and LinkedIn endorsements.
