Last month we enjoyed our final live River Market performance of the summer. If you missed it, we’ve still got an in-person exhibition, a digital performance, and a workshop for you. Check out our fun and free family-friendly programming happening in September.
ArtStarts on Saturdays is our digital programming that premieres on the last Saturday of every month. Now families from across the province can enjoy our programming.
This month your family can enjoy Oopsie! with Candy Bones Theatre.
Candice Roberts is the artistic director of Candy Bones Theatre, which interweaves physical theatre, music, mask, movement and clowning to devise original and immersive theatre for young audiences. ‘Oopsie!’ is a fun and clever theatrical experience about growth through a seamless weaving of shadow puppetry, original music, tap dance, and physical comedy.
For the month of September, we are exploring contrast! Our guest facilitator this month is Hyung-Min Yoon.
A new episode premieres every Saturday at 11am on Facebook. See you there!
Workshop dates: September 3, 10, & 17.
Explore even more. Check out our entire archive of workshops on our website.
The touring exhibition is at its last stop of the summer. Be sure to visit Britannia Community Centre before it’s gone!
Britannia Community Centre: August 8-September 19.
Don’t forget to experience "WHERE AM I?" online! Have fun engaging in the exhibition from the comfort of your own home.
